I love meeting new friends at Terwilliger aka Cougar Hot Spring in Oregon.  It’s located in the Willamette National Forest, East of Eugene near the McKenzie River.  The cost is $6 for one day pass, or $60 annually per person.  You’ll take a moderate walk 1/2 a mile in from the parking lot, before getting to the meditative area.  Accommodations include a covered changing area, and two outdoor restrooms.  Keep in mind this is a day use area only.  You could face a fat fine if you’re not in the parking lot when darkness falls.

Along the creek skirting the blue pools, you can pull clay from Earth.  People paw the hillside.  Digging.  Nude (clothing optional).  We pass the clay globs around, and apply the potter’s mask to our face and body.  Working the raw material into pores, letting it dry on skin.  This pulls the toxins out.  Wash off in the scorching, lithium-blessed waters.   Exfoliated to your essence.

Watch this HD video, and try meditating with Survival Bros at the McMinnville COOP’s Labyrinth and Gardens.  Presented by Parkview Community Center.  Here’s the address: 325 NE Burnett Rd McMinnville, OR 97128

A labyrinth is reflective space where you can notice changes in your thinking.  Perhaps you can look at a situation, and see it in a new light.  Find a labyrinth using this locator website.  Tell #SurvivalBros what you think about these amazing works of Art.  Combining both the best of Philosophy and Nature.

What a spectacular day this was by the water.  The sun scorched my naked body.  It burned getting into the 106 degree water later that evening at Terwilliger Hot Springs.  I did dive headfirst into the crystal clear river.  Exhilarating.  However, do you have any idea how hard it is to hold your junk with one hand?  Just saying, it wasn’t staying put.  Thankfully through the power of editing, the family jewels remained in safe keeping.

I ventured to this sacred spot two weeks earlier, and saw the same collection of butterflies!  I counted 40.  I’m amazed they were still there when I returned.  My friends are posted up hard in heaven.  They danced around me as I paid my respects.  This area produces insanely large moths too, like this one I spotted heading into a shower last summer.

Survival Bros vlogs about getting freebies around town by asking.  This new HD video was filmed at Country Village in Longview, Washington.  You’d be surprised how much free stuff you can acquire by requesting health food samples at local stores in person.  I’m a regular customer, so I can get complementary products in trial sizes, without purchasing a single item.  Plus, I ask nicely, and am very grateful for the edible endowments.  After all, they do call me Cameron Consumption.  I’ve got this survival system down to an Art form.  Thanks for watching.

I challenge you to carry a water container wherever you go on the daily!  You’ll be healthier, and happier.  I do this to stay hydrated, and make sure I’m not too over caffeinated.

BONUS CHALLENGE:  DRINK 125 OUNCES OF AGUA EACH DAY.

Plus, try adding lemon juice to your beverage to stimulate your metabolism, improve your digestion, and aid in the detoxification process.

Did you know drinking cold water will burn extra calories for you too?  It’s true.  Just don’t drink a ton of water at once, because you can die from too much liquid intake.

Thanks for supporting the blog!  Make the most of today.  Take care of yourself, and each other.  Peace, love, and big hugs to you.

Survival Bros goes outside for Earthing or Grounding by walking barefoot in the dirt

By Cameron McKirdy

People need physical touch from others.  Babies must have attention, and contact, or they will die.  So LOVE, and CUDDLING, ARE SURVIVAL ISSUES.

After living out of my van in the woods for months while managing a campground and hot spring, I found myself wanting more non-sexual, platonic contact with others.  I sought out more human touch, including cuddling from friends and family, and put in extra snuggle time.  Later I’d visit Samantha Hess at her famous cuddle cafe on:

1015 E Burnside St.
Portland, OR 97214

Cuddle Up To Me is a safe and comfortable place where you can go to feel respected, appreciated, and worthy.  When I first saw Samantha Hess, I was all hopped up on coffee, hadn’t eaten, and had all these big ideas for how I could help her cuddling business.  Well, I eventually chilled out, and opened up to her.  We shared our stories during our consultation. After processing, I wished to cuddle in her fantastic Universe themed space room.  Snuggling Sam was very relaxing.  Focusing on my breath, and the sensations of compassionate touch, it was simple to be now.  Sam guided me into several silly sounding poses like: Mama Bear, Side Pocket, and Lazy Spoon.  Book an appointment with a Certified Cuddler for more details.  Cuddling with no sexual intentions is one experience we should all have regularly.  I felt wonderful for weeks.

Hug?  Ask.  I won’t turn you down. – Cam

Survival Bros challenges you to give TEN HUGS DAILY!  Try getting that many embraces or more, forever.  Let us know how it goes by leaving a comment below.  You’ll be making so many people smile, so don’t be shy.

Learn about getting food and supplement samples from your local shops at NO COST.  I visit health food stores such as GNC, and ask the cashier for freebies, or take items from their basket of product trials.  These individual servings will be stored properly in Ziploc bags, and placed in various emergency preparedness kits, plus my Everyday Carry backpack.  I have saved tons of money using this method of urban scavenging.  You can make your own freebie haul like this with little effort.
