Survival Bros,

Bitcoin – The Cryptocurrency with the largest Market Capitalization has smashed through a value of over $3,300 in the last 24 Hours!  Why?  The main reason may be that traders are getting access to their Bitcoin Cash and selling it off.  The block-chain technology split into two Tokens this week, causing massive speculation, and volatility.  Here’s the latest one day chart from the Blockfolio App:

Cameron McKirdy was at a #Bitcoin ATM in Springfield, Oregon during the historic uptick in #BTC valuation.   He found that the lowest amount you can purchase from a machine in person here is only $10 #USAThe machine won’t let you purchase Crypto for $1.  This makes sense due to transaction fees increasing to $5+ dollars per transfer for me personally.

Altcoin ATM Pricing Update at 2:00PM PST 8/7/17:

By Cameron McKirdy (Cam The Cuddler)

The skyhigh prices of some cryptocurrencies this month indicate to me a massive transfer of wealth from U.S. Dollars to digital money.  Mainstream media hasn’t seemed to pick up on the rise of Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Ethereum.  However, I know big companies have invested in them.  This new trend is worth looking into.

UPDATE: YouTube has started censoring my channel.  Google has been caught deleting comments on my video, and removing likes.  The Bitcoin video says it should have 12 comments, but there’s only 6.  George Orwell took the other 6 with him down the rabbit hole.  Compare for yourself on the video.  I certainly didn’t take 6 comments off my own video!  I posted it to hear back from you…

Survival Bros smashes the screen of a cellphone with a new COAST Products F611 Tactical Field blade.  It was total destruction!  The carbide tip can also muscle through regular glass, Plexiglas, and plastic.  It’s a sturdy knife, and I usually have it handy at the bottom of my backpack, just in case.  The F611 is a solid tool for camping, because it can help you process wood for a fire, or even when creating an emergency shelter.  You’ll like working with it, and it’s guaranteed by COAST.

Survival Bros breaks the new Coast TX100 LED flashlight featuring three (3) colors: red, white, and blue!  We smash it on the concrete, throw it really far, and even run it over with a VW hippie van.  Before it was destroyed in our epic torture test, we did get some use out of it.  The light is lots of fun to play with in the woods, and on the street, yet tactical with the different lighting options.  I prefer to use red light in the dark, primarily so I’m less likely to be seen.  Using red at night helps preserve your optimal vision, as white light is hard on the eyes and takes maybe 15 minutes for you to adjust to.  Blue is excellent for cutting through fog in order to see, and be seen.

In conclusion, Survival Bros uses the TX100 because it’s durable, light weight, and practical.  Plus, with a scalloped bevel on the end, it’s perfect for self defense.  You could blind an attacker, then punch them with the sharp rim around the LEDs.  The small light sure took a beating.  I figured it would have broken sooner when I was hitting it on the pavement.  But all of Coast’s lights, knives, and lanterns have tested well in our product reviews.  Visit Coast’s website for all the tech specs, and make sure to read their fascinating blog articles too.  http://www.coastportland.com  More gear stress tests soon.  Keep checking back here.  Much appreciated.

ios 7 fail

Breaking news!  iOS 7 Software update fails to install.  Just another reminder not to depend on technology. It’s probably due to heavy demand on their servers. Maybe it will work later today.  Survival Bros will keep you updated.  We’ve tried to install the software 7 times now, with no success.  Luckily the sun is shining, and it’s going to be a wonderful day regardless.  Thanks for visiting the blog.

Update:  Just when it looked like my iPhone 4S was about to update with the new software displaying “verifying update”, my phone turned off.  I figured that was a good thing, and I’d reboot, and get all the new benefits of the system.  But NO!  When I turned my cell back on, it was the same old, boring version.  Now it seems frozen, with a picture telling me to plug the device in so it can connect to iTunes.  I did that, and it’s not doing a damn thing.

Plus, this blog post was going viral, but now it’s nowhere to be found by Google search.  I smell a conspiracy.  It was on the top of the results page when you typed in iOS 7 update failure.  Clearly, Survival Bros is being prevented from sharing real news.  Now I don’t have a phone, because it’s still screwed up and paralyzed!  Damn you Apple.

Wow…So I plugged my phone into the computer and launched iTunes.  Then I clicked on the device, and a warning popped up reading, “iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.  You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes.”  How the hell are you supposed to restore it?  It’s still frozen like a caveman.  I bet ya I lost a ton of data, including contacts, and notes.  This is the worst case scenario.  I can’t believe it.  Luckily I backed up all my photos and videos earlier today.  Still.  Welcome to Hell iPhone users.  I pay $140 a month for this shit?  Unforgivable.   I should have stayed with a Droid I guess.

I started the process of restoring my phone, but Apple said it would be reverted back to the old version and not iOS 7.  Meaning I lose all my data, and still don’t get he new operating system.  I wish I would have waited for others to discover this issue before I tried updating, but I never had issues in the past.  At the moment I’m downloading the newest version of iTunes.  Maybe then I can get iOS 7 installed correctly, but I doubt it.  And I’m still boned because restoring the system means going back to the factory settings.  I’m in a pickle, and I don’t like them on anything.

Now “Errors occurred while installing the (iTunes) updates.”  I guess I have no choice but to reinstall iOS version 6.1.4 so I can at least use my phone again, and see the damage.  Then maybe I can get an update fixing the bugs.  Arghh.

Please like, comment, and share this blog post so that others don’t endure the same pain and personal anguish.  Good luck Apple fans.

After trying to restore my iPhone, I just ran into another problem.  iTunes is saying, “There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone.  An unknown error occurred (9006).”  All I can do is try again later.  Not like I need a phone or anything.  Now I feel like a caveman.

After updating my iTunes software once again, I hit “restore iPhone.”  It seemed to be updating, and the iPhone restarted.  However, now I’m having problems activating my 4S with iOS 7.  It wants me to join my wifi network, but once I type in the correct password, it still won’t connect.  It won’t connect using my cellular network either.  I’m stuck again, as Apple “Could Not Activate iPhone.”  This is bullshit.  I thought they beta tested this.  I still don’t have a working phone.  I’ve been trying to update the system for 3 hours now with no luck at all.  More soon.

20130918-163440.jpgiOS 7 is finally up and running on my cell.  I lost all my contacts and data, because I was forced to restore my iPhone.  Lame.   I got this odd notification too.  Now I’m downloading all the apps I had.  That was a long 6 hour ordeal.  #AppleFail
